Had a lovely haircut by Harley. She did a wonderful job with my hair, which is quite thin and fragile. She listened to what I wanted and also helped volumise it at the end. She’s also very friendly and personable, which fit with the salon’s atmosphere :)
I had a great experience getting my haircut at Samantha James. My stylist made me feel comfortable, took the time to understand how I usually wear my hair and suggested a haircut that I'm very happy with (and would have never thought of myself!). Thank you and I will definitely be back!
Would not recommend! Be careful! If you are late for 10 mins due to traffic- lost the app. Less staff compared to the clients on the chairs.
Made a last minute appt and was asked if I minded a junior stylist, which I didn’t. I’ve got to say I’m so glad as Harley (prob spelt that wrong sorry) was absolutely brilliant. She really listened to what I wanted and cut my hair with care and precision getting colleagues to check at regular intervals, although I suspect more because she is a perfectionist than anything else as she really didn’t need to.
