The whole process of getting an estimate for a concrete patio was better than expected. A date and time was set up for Russ to come out to our house. Other contractors never called back or they gave an estimate over the phone. Russ came out and explained every step that was going take place for the patio addition. We recently used Sam The Concrete Man to extend our driveway, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. The pricing was reasonable, the quote was easy to understand, and the billing process was simple and straightforward. Our project was a little challenging since we already had an existing patterned driveway on a fairly busy street, but the coordination and execution were seamless. Absolutely thrilled with the work this company did for me. Russ knew I was nervous because this was a large project for me and I had a vision. He literally walked me through every single aspect of the project and kept doing that from the quote through completion. The results speak for themselves. For reference my house is 101 years old and I wanted something that looked like it had always been here. He accomplished that and it is stunning!

Russ and the crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. For a residential driveway and sidewalk replacement, Russ guided us through the entire process, listening to our asks and suggesting how he could envision it working without ever being pushy if the ask didn’t make complete sense :) The end product was exactly as described, with an added final clean up/review to ensure expectations were met.
