Amazing!!! I called and got Robbie and he was so easy to chat with over the phone, almost like talking to a peer. He came out to meet me wheb I arrived and just like his voice his presence was just as welcoming. Really like his approach, personality and ethic, want to work with him always. Keep him!!!
Kenneth did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the step-by-step process. When financing fell through with the original vehicle I picked out, he work diligently to find me something else that would work.
This was a very good experience. Umar was a great sales person keeping constant contact throughout the process and going the extra mile to be sure I had all the info I needed. He's a great representative of your company and a very good salesperson.
Robbie is always helpful, has a good humor, and manages my repair needs well. When I picked up my Mustang, I must have had five people ask me if I needed help. The entire team is very customer oriented.
Dropped car off for oil change and check-up. Also had the butler service done. Everyone was very helpful. The girl who checked me out was so nice and friendly.
Five Star Experience. McHale and the financial team that assisted in my vehicle purchase were kind, supportive, and professional. McHale made my experience more personal and I gave him my trust to be on my side - he didn't disappoint. Plus, I loved how the whole team involved in my purchase had a great sense of humor.
Excellent customer service. When dropping my vehicle off Eddie spent time with me going through my maintenance checkup, what I needed and what I didn't need based on prior service visits. Eddie also recommended other things like tires and balancing that I would want to address in the coming future. All in all I was very pleased with my visit. Service was completed on time and with what I needed.
In and out in a timely manner. Great communication from service advisor. Phenomenal service!
