My experience was good over all.
Robbie was so friendly and got my in for my Auto Butler appointment promptly. There was a small hiccup in finding the appointment (my last name had changed) but he found it and got me in without delay. It was so nice that there was pizza over the lunch hour, it really made my day. Thanks Robbie and Five Star Ford for a nice visit!
