When I arrived Freddie took a personal approach to see that I got exactly what I needed and getting the right part ordered. When I came back to get the glove box installed, I met with Marc Anthony who not only took the time to walk me through the process of installing the part, he did not waste time sending it back to the technicians he simply took it upon himself to install the part. I came in to Ford to get my tires looked at on Tuesday. Christopher assisted me and made my whole experience exceptional. He was very kind and understanding and took care of all my issues. My car was in and out of there in no time. Great service by a great guy!
Umer listened to what I was looking for. What we wanted and what we didn't want. He found a vehicle for us and said it would be available the next day. He called the next day and informed us as to when it could be picked up. The completion of the financing took longer than I would have liked.
