Brought my new 2018 F150 in to have a rattle checked around one of the rear seat belt retractors. Couldnâ??t duplicate the issue but will bring it back when it occurs again.

I came in to the service department to inquire about an oil change/service or to schedule an appointment.Robbie asked if he could help; he said he could do it then (about 2:30 on a Tues afternoon). He cheerfully took my information and had my car done quite efficiently. The check out was also very cheerful and efficient. Thank you!

Everything was handled efficiently.
In having a recall service done, fuel gauge was affected and took a couple of visits to get corrected. Chris did a great job in trying to get everything back in order and working correctly. He is so pleasant to work with and always does his best to give quality customer service!

Everyone was extremely nice to talk to and they took the time to listen. We never felt any pressure or that we were being rushed! They all took the time to answer ALL questions and if they didn't know the exact answer they always followed up with an answer in a timely manner! I will be recommending this dealership along with the people I had contact with!
