Awesome. We were treated with respect and Larry found us an even better car than we originally discussed. The manager Donald Fischer was very nice and accommodating. The finance lady ( can't remember her name) was very nice and made sure we understood everything. My only complaint is we were rushed on our test drive. This was a problem because we discovered a problem that could have been detected before we brought the car home and now we have come back to get it fixed. It was great. It was the easiest purchase I have ever had. From looking at the the cars to the fiancing.
Roland set up my appointment and kept me posted on issues I need to get resolved with my Expedition. Since the additional maintenance required longer than I had planned he arranged for courtesy car to drop me off at my home. He called me when it was ready and followed up with me to make sure all my concerns were addressed.
It was amazing the first time so I came back the second time. Jose was awesome from the moment we started discussing vehicles.
