In the past, Bridget has been pretty helpful, although it is often quite difficult to get her to call back - even if I leave a detailed message. So I usually have to keep calling until I reach her in person. The same happened this time. She called once and left me a voice mail for my approval to pay above our warranty; I immediately called back an left her a voice mail to proceed but please call me back and let me know what time to come pick up the car.
