AMAZING experience with Salt. Caroline Banham was outstanding with regards to quick contact, follow up and interviewing. She was very proactive on my behalf and stayed in contact with me when I was struggling with a tough job market and feeling dejected. She went over and above with her concern and just being human is a skill many recruiters have lost. I often find they do no live up to their AI generated platitudes. As a candidate, when you start a conversation with a recruitment company, sometimes you feel the need for trust and openness. I have had chance to discuss on number of potential opportunities with many of them but very few stood out which gave me confidence and brought the trust and that a recruitment agency can rightly represent you in front of prospective employers and SALT has been amongst those few. It was a pleasure working with SALT on an international opportunity.

I have been doing temporary assignment thru SALT Solutions Auckland for about a year and a half. It has been a wonderful experience for me and it makes a difference as the Team at SALT have welcome me like part of family and everyone are so kind and warm. The company keeps a high standards and is very effective and efficient in all aspects. I cannot thank the team enough. Hope I get to do it all over again next year. SALT Team - you are the best! :)
