It’s a good little shop, will say the prices can be rather over the top and definitely don’t match quality from time to time.

Came in yesterday to have a browse (they sell the coolest stuff) and ended up picking up two funny cards as the perfect Father’s Day cards for my dad. Customer service in here is always 1000/10 , the people who work here are always lovely and super welcoming and honestly it makes you want to come in to the shop to buy things. Thankyou :)

Absolute wizardry All staff there were amazing but Sal saved the day for me big time. I had a piercer from somewhere else ruin a piercing experience for me but I went in to Salsa for help and they sorted me out. They gave me advice, managed to change what I needed and i cannot explain how grateful I am. I will always go to Salsa from now on. Thank you all massively Heather

Every time I’ve been, they have been absolutely lovely. They’re always very helpful and explained everything about the healing process and downsizing, as well as the piercing process itself. Would definitely recommend going and getting a piercing! Was pierced by Sal, she was lovely! Would recommend her!

Very disappointed with a shop that are usually amazing. I got my ear lobe pierced on a Friday, the following Friday evening the earring had fallen out without me noticing, I rang the store Saturday morning asking if they would fit me a new one and they told me to come in on the Monday as they were booked and then closed on the Sunday. I went in today(Monday) and they charged me full £16 as it had been “over a week” even though it hadn’t and I only had to wait longer because of them.
