We operate three Mexican Restaurants the Original in Selma, Fresno and Madera. We are family owned and operated and this year celebrate our 75th Anniversary. Came here for a party in the patio area. Wasn’t to happy about a party booked so close to ours so when we arrived they were still cleaning up for ours. The guy did apologize & set up quickly. Service was ok. They were short staffed inside so that did take away our servers at times. Food was ok. Drinks were good. Did like that heaters were put on so it made it comfortable in the patio area even though it was raining & cold outside. Overall had a good time & enjoyed ourselves. I patiently waited 1 hour for a 3 item to go meal. Unacceptable
The wife and I have been here before a number of times. And we really like the food and the service. Way much better than the Bobby Salazars - on Olive or Blackstone. We will never ever go to any of the Bobby Salazar locations. The original Sals or nothing!
We have been going to 28 years....we started in Selma at the original Sal's. It's always so hard to choose what entree to pick....oh by the way I even order something that's not even on the menu....
I loved the chicken enchiladas and that their draft beer was icy cold!
I've never had such disgusting food b4 till today! I've been coming here for a long time now and today was just horrible. Salsa all underneath our table, service was horrible. No thank you! I will never come here again and I'll make sure to tell our friends of this horrible experience!
Sal's doesn't disappoint. Servers are friendly. Food still the best�
