We operate three Mexican Restaurants the Original in Selma, Fresno and Madera. We are family owned and operated and this year celebrate our 75th Anniversary. Sal's is the most awarded Central Valley Mexican Restaurant and recognized as the Valley's Family Tradition since 1942. If I lived in Fresno I'd weigh 300lbs, this is my go to spot everytime we go to visit our Kids! The wait staff is friendly & helpful, the food is the best in the Central Valley!
