We operate three Mexican Restaurants the Original in Selma, Fresno and Madera. We are family owned and operated and this year celebrate our 75th Anniversary. Sal's is the most awarded Central Valley Mexican Restaurant and recognized as the Valley's Family Tradition since 1942. RecommendedSo good! My brother-in-law's flight was cancelled tonight so we met him and his coworker at the Fresno Sal's for an impromptu visit. The food was delicious and staff said it was no problem to stay and visit as long as we wanted. Love Sal's!

the salsa is the best ever, and great food and drinks
I went Saturday late afternoon. Was seated right away. Chips and salsa within minutes! Great server. Food was hot and delicious! Also got me an order of Menuedo to go. Great stuff!!!
We love the chile verde, the special burrito is great, great service, full bar, special occasions: mothers and fathers day with the must romantic music of all times with the Trío Sensación
The salsa is the first thing you try at a Mexican restaurant and it’s a good clue to how good the food is going to be I give it a five stars � I will be back !!!
We held my grandma’s 80th birthday party on the patio at Sal’s and they did a great job. The food was fantastic as always, but the service both that day and leading up to the event exceeded expectations as well. Thanks so much for going above and beyond to make it a really special celebration.
