We operate three Mexican Restaurants the Original in Selma, Fresno and Madera. We are family owned and operated and this year celebrate our 75th Anniversary. Sal's is the most awarded Central Valley Mexican Restaurant and recognized as the Valley's Family Tradition since 1942. I ordered cheese enchilada with rice and beans. Couldn’t find my beans as they were smothered in cheese. To much cheese took away from the sauce flavor of the enchilada. My daughter had nachos with carne asada. Very lil meat and chips were burnt.

stopped in for a quick lunch with my 4 year old twin boys. The staff was very friendly and courteous the food was great. Glad I rediscovered this place definitely be back.
