We operate three Mexican Restaurants the Original in Selma, Fresno and Madera. We are family owned and operated and this year celebrate our 75th Anniversary. Sal's is the most awarded Central Valley Mexican Restaurant and recognized as the Valley's Family Tradition since 1942. Offer to-go or take out. Ran out of guacamole, no forks, no napkins. Mexican restaurant without guacamole? No forks or napkins? First time I went, service was awesome, we ate at the restaurant. For take-out, not worth the drive.
