We operate three Mexican Restaurants the Original in Selma, Fresno and Madera. We are family owned and operated and this year celebrate our 75th Anniversary. Sal's is the most awarded Central Valley Mexican Restaurant and recognized as the Valley's Family Tradition since 1942. Love this place, great food, great staff and wonderful environment. Hosted my wedding rehearsal dinner here and had a great expierence!
