Had a couple of firsts at Salon U today, including waxing. Tatiana is amazing!!! Basically no pain, unlike the horror stories I have heard about other places. See you guys in two weeks.
Love Salon U! The staff is welcoming, and very friendly. I see Jordan, who is meticulous and diligent to do what I request. She’s great at giving suggestions and at listening to what I like or dislike. Love her sweet positive disposition, which also makes my time in the salon very enjoyable. I highly recommend Jordan and Salon U.
My first appointment here was today, with Karissa. I had my hair colored several weeks ago somewhere else and it was too "orange". She fixed my roots and worked some magic and made my hair look amazing. I left feeling really great. The salon is beautiful, but, end of the day..you want to look better than when you came in..and, that totally happened.
Christy Cross was probably the best stylist I have ever had. From Listening To Me.. looking at my examples and then giving her freedom to create what she thought would be best for me. Attention To Detail And Very Very Kind. I have found my new hair salon. Thank You Salon U for making me feel special and bbbbbeautifullll again!!!
My first visit to Salon U was this week - so impressed! The staff was helpful and professional, the salon is beautiful, comfortable and nicely organized, and Emily Ann was wonderful! She took loads of time getting to know me and what I wanted - and did a beautiful job with both cut and color. I'm fairly new to the Birmingham area - but I've definitely found my salon home!

Joshua is AMAZING! I was so nervous about getting my hair done (all I did was go blonder!). I don’t normally do anything to my hair, I’ve only had highlights twice, but I will for sure be going to him regularly now! I’m addicted to the platinum look! Thank you to everyone there! Best customer service EVER! Plus who could say no to mimosas?!
I recently had an appointment with Tatiana for lash lifting which includes lash tinting. If you've been thinking about it, book your appointment cause she gives your lashes the WOW factor you've been looking for and wanting! Already have my follow-up appointment booked!
