I called 11/15/2016 to schedule an appointment and was booked that afternoon. I saw stylist Michelle Neeley and I have to say she was amazing! I love red hair but it is a challenging color. Michelle nailed my color! I love the cut too! I would recommend her to anyone and have already told my family and friends about her exceptional skills. I have found my new home for hair! Yesterday was my first time at Salon U, and it was hands down one of the best experiences I've had getting my hair done. Chad was so great and listened to what I wanted while also offering his professional opinion. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him, I am so pleased with the result & had a lovely experience.
I have been to SEVERAL salons and usually 95% of the time I'm disappointed. Today I went in for a consultation that turned into a same day appointment. I got to meet Heather and Paige and Let me tell u these women are AMAZING!!!! They tag teamed my emergency of a hair cut,color and style. Very welcoming, great conversation, and just over all relaxing! Hell, even the awesome Amanda had to get a hold of this upcoming pixie cut. Thank u ladies I will DEFINITELY be back!!! My hair looks and feels out of this world!

Patty was perfect! My color took 3 hours (and looks phenomenal, by the way) and we chatted and had a blast the entire time. She made me feel like a best friend, not a client. Not to mention, my hair is more beautiful than I could have imagined. Will be back, for sure.
