Absolutely disgusting customer service and very rude staff. I was unable to return a product which I had opened and was not satisfied with. Even though the return policy says any returns can be made within 14 days. Which kind of shop would refuse a return for no valid reason? One which isn’t going to last very long. Could give it zero stars if I could.
I just been to the salon service in Huddersfield ring road , Their was only one stuff which she was talking to a customer I only picked 2 stuff and I just wanted to pay as I was on my lunch break , The staff didn’t even acknowledge me at first place After I asked if she going to be abit longer as I’m on my lunch break she replied very rudely , No professional at all , I worked in a sales and worked in a busy place and I know how to deal with customers she could have say to the lady if she can look around as the customer was ... read more
