hairdressers are not reputable – I got my hair done by this guy called"Ric" it was the worst experience of my life, first of all he was 45 minutes late, he applied something on my hair and left me in a hot dryer for 45 minutes, then he put what seemed to be a whole gallon of conditioner on my hair to mask the fact that my hair was burnt, 3 days later i cut off 7 inches of hair...my compensation for all this??? Carlos is an AMAZING colorist!! – I went to RikRak and had the best cut/color I've ever had! My previous stylist had turned my blonde hair a brassy orange and used a ton of toner on it. Carlos turned it from brassy to a beautiful natural looking blonde without any kind of toner at all! He also convinced me to try some long layers, which I was very skeptical about. unprofeesional, expensive and the work is terrible – my girlfriend got her hair done here and they made a mess out of it, not only that I was charged 320$ for the garbage job they did on her hair...after that the owner who was the guy that did her hair kept lying to her saying it looked "Fantastic!!" when in fact it looked horrible, she was so upset and so was I, I hate getting ripped off
not technically proficient doing hair – I got my hair done by "betty" and was very disapointed, she loaded my hair with chemicals and left me under the hair dryer for almost an hour, she then proceeded to cut my hair into very short feathery layers, the finished work looked horrible, I told her I wasnt happy with the hair and she didnt seem to care, I paid 245$, I learned a very expensive lesson...not everything that glitters is gold

LOVE IT! – MY EXPERIENCE AT RIKRAK HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXTRAORDINARY. FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS OF MY LIFE I HAVE RECEIVED THE BEST SERVICE AND CARE A HAIR SALON COULD GIVE. WHEN I GO TO DO MY HAIR I FEEL LIKE I AM AT HOME. EVERYONE, FROM RICK, TO RAQUEL, THE BEAUTIFUL BETTY, AND HER ASSISTANTS: EVERYONE IS SO WONDERFUL. was not happy with the work I got – I went to this place and got my hair cut and colored, first of all they took me in 35 minutes late, the person who did my hair did not seem very knowledgable about what they were doing, I spent 3 hours in this place and I did not get what I wanted, my hair looks terrible and I am not a very picky peson, if you want your moneys worth steer clear from this place...
unproffesional work – I got my hair done at this place and I was not Happy, my hair was left in a very dry overprocessed state, I had to go somewhere else and pay half the price I paid their to get it corrected, I will never go back
