Thanks Luis Bonomo, You Are The Best ++++Genius Art++++ – I had hair straightening done at Salon RikRak at The Four Seasons Hotel by Luis Bonomo. Extremely professional!! I have had this done previously at other salons and was very dissatisfied. Finally I have found a place i can keep going back to.

Too much $ for what you get! – This was my second time getting my hair colored with betty. The first time in Feb. I got a base color and She put in about 8 foils on the top without discussing price and I ended up paying about 150 for the 8 foils. I over looked it, b/s my hair looked great. However, now my second time in,early may) I was very clear that the color last time was perfect. This time I want the same minus the foils! I love it! – I've never had a bad experience at Rik Rak ever. I always go to Mario, who is absolutely amazing at styling hair. He is extremely talented in the special event hair. It has a great ambiance and everyone is genuinely nice. I've never had a bad mani or pedi there either, its always been top-notch!

Horrible service and ambience. – My whole Rikrak experience started off bad. I made an appointment at the location on 1428 for my hair and my nails.I just needed to get my hair blown out for an event that i had for work a few evenings ago. great facial by sandy – first of all as a first customer, I did a pendicure and manicure and they were good. Then, I did my hair and makeup with Cari. She didn't do a good job on either one. with the makeup she made me look like a clown by doing a contour or something like that with my make up face. Then the same person Cari did my hair. best highlights in miami – When I first moved to miami I was really nervous about anyone touching my color treated hair. I read about Rik Rak in a magazine, the reviews were great so I made an appointment. This was two years ago and I have been going back to Rik Rak exclusively ever since. Theresa does my highlights and she is amazing!!!! They also have a really great selection of accessories, handbags, shoes and clothes.

worst waxing job ever – The woman that did my bikini and eyebrows was the most unprofessional EVER!!! she talked non stop about her last client, not realizing i can speak spanish she complained how about having too many clients that day and her back was killing her. the wax was too hot and her room was less than clean and smelled of old burnt wax. i wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Terrible hair dressers, not talented, a total waste of money. – I Read all those good reviews specially from those who compare this place with Europe!!!!!!! Incredible, how can someone said is better or equal to Paris, New York? I think they are just helping them that's IT!!!!! totally!!!!!! just go and look at the staff? what is the first impression?look at the clients results? terrible.
