Salon Rik Rak is one of the best kept secrets on Brickell. Where else can you get your hair, nails, wax or a massage, all during your lunch hour? Might I add that stylist Betty, with the help of her assistant, Dayanis, has mastered the art of the "express blow dry!" The salon's services are fantastic, the staff is courteous and professional, the coffee bar and snacks are delicious, and the accessories and clothing are amazing. I highly recommend the salon for all of your beauty needs.
Simply the BEST! – Rik Rak Salon is the best hair salon I have ever been to. I am a news anchor desperate to find a hair salon would finally fix my hair. i was a little hesitant when it came to reading everone else's reviews about this salon. but as soon as i entered my what a beautiful place. everythin so modern and the best part of it was how my hair looked after i left. WONDERFUL! i loved my hair so much that i feel like i have to come here always! the hairdresser that cut and styled my hair id Lilly! she does wonders. left my hair looking like a star and listens to what you say. really recommend her if you go. you will be satisfied!

Never on time...and SO disorganized! – I finally got sick and tired of stylist's and mani/pedi/tanning people's tardiness, and vowed to never go back. Also, I do not feel their prices reflect the quality (or lack there of) of their services. Here you do NOT get what you pay for. Additionally they are absolutely incapable of staying organized - it happens more often than not that your appointment is in fact recorded wrong - or not at all.
