A lovely relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, in an immaculate salon. Stylist was very helpful and talented. First time I've actually enjoyed getting my haircut. Will definitely be back.

Can’t recommend Salon no.12 enough. After a horrific colour experience by a well known Salon Suzannah saved Christmas for me and not only corrected my yellow hair disaster to a beautiful ash natural looking blonde. Having had my hair turned purple then put in a bleach bath my hair anxiety was high! Suzannah worked with confidence and made me feel immediately at ease that she knew exactly what was needed. New movie title the Hairdresser that saved Christmas!

Suzannah was amazing, really explained what I needed,great advice, lovely friendly salon,great staff ,she definitely knows her stuff. Great atmosphere! I was recommended salon no 12 and was extremely happy ,next appointment already booked up. Very professional. Excellent customer service. Thankyou .

My daughter is Autistic and struggles with communication, and Suzannah was absolutely fantastic.. We are very happy and will definitely be going back! ☺️

I love this salon! Suzannah is wonderful, knows exactly what to do even if I don’t know what I want, she listens to my ideas and adds her own so I get the perfect haircut every time. The salon has a really nice vibe, everyone chats to you and you’re made to feel so welcome. Very reasonably priced too! Thank you for a lovely haircut!
