Unfortunately, having owned a salon myself I am fully aware of how poor the service received from this salon has been. The peroxide used for my full head of highlights was left on for well over an hour too long, and as a result my hair has now been severely damaged. My hair has split and snapped, and I have had to pay over £200 in another salon to have treatments to halt further damage, and have a haircut to even out the damage caused. I am devastated!
