We were impressed with the friendly yet professional environment & services. Each time we entered the dealership we weren't confronted with "a pack of lounging, smoking, waiting, sales vultures ready to pounce on fresh meat." Everyone looked busy but they all stopped by to say hello & introduce themselves. Tariq was fabulous.......personable, helpful, informative, and patient.......even with old folks like us.
Lots of thought went into building a flagship building where Sales and Service are now under one roof. General Manager Pat Dillon clearly knows how to manage and train a top Sales and Service Team. I've only had stellar experiences at the Toyota Burien. They may have trouble getting their service customers to leave the brand new facility with rooms for all (General waiting area with Big Screen TV, Kids Room with TV and Toys, Quiet Room with lots of stations to power up, and even a private family room). Ted Klarich, Tim Holmquest and Kevin were such wonderful people to work with! My recent purchase of a 2016 Highlander Hybrid Limited and a 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 couldn't of gone any smoother than it did. I'll be back soon to buy a 2017 Tundra Crew Max Platinum truck. I love coming here. Can't wait to see the finished building

I have had my cars serviced here for the last 10 years. Always greeted by knowledgeable friendly people. They have on occasion gone out of their way to help picking up and delivering my vehicle when I wasn't able to make it in for my regularly scheduled services. The let me know what needs to be repaired, based on most important to can wait. Their recommendations allow me to choose what repairs to make now and what I need to get budgeted in for later. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Condition upon delivery: Took car in for service. A/C hot on driver side, cold on passenger side. Rear A/C unit was also cooling the car. Compressor clutch was engaging and releasing similar to how it should. System holding a refrigerant charge and had been for months. This is a split driver / passenger system with separate temperature controls and one of the common failure points are the dampers under the dash that direct air through the heater core. I paid 150 for 3 days for a brand new 2010 Camry. No hidden fees and the service was great. Oh and I'm under 25 and from California so while 50 bucks a day may be steep for some people, it was dirt cheap for me. They asked me if I had full coverage insurance and I said yes and they didn't make me search for my ins. card they took my word for it. If you make an appointment they'll pick you up and drop you off at the airport so it's totally worth it. I'll definitely rent again.
Ok, so I don't have a Toyota right now, but needed some of their Type IV transmission oil for my Saab. I had arranged to pick a case of it up after hours since I paid with my credit card over the phone with the service dept and didn't have a time I could come in due to my work schedule. I came in on a weeknight at 7:15 when only their sales staff were there and as luck would have it, the oil wasn't there. They were apologetic and told me they would "take care of it." Leased a new Toyota from them a few days ago. They offered me the best price over email/phone and were straight up through the whole process. Perhaps it was because I brought a former car salesman with me, but they didn't give me any hard sell or BS about the price. This is my first new car, but I've dealt with dealerships before. Burien Toyota is definitely a cut above.
