Lindsay Heart took great care of me and my Prius. As a student who also works, taking the time and money for car repairs is stressful. Lindsay made sure I was kept informed of the diagnostic findings, gave me options for what I could choose to have done now and what could be done in the future. She even contacted the rental car service for me when it was determined my car would need to stay overnight. It was a very pleasant experience, and Lindsay was a big part of that.

The first and the worst experience with Toyota dealership. I haven't seen such unprofessional behaviour and dishonesty in any company. I made an appointment to this dealership about two weeks ago. I talked with one of the dealers there. He showed me the prices and I told him that I am comparing Honda and Toyota prices to make a decision. Arrived at 7:15 AM for my initial 2018 Highlander service and out by 7:45. The original time estimate was for completed service by 8:30. Great experience!
Excellent service! My drivers seat developed a metal to metal snapping noise when I would start and stop my 4runner. Austin my Service Advisor was outstanding in how he handled this issue and didnt waste time trying to resolve it. The assistant service manager Garret and service tech Paul went for road test with me and Garret was able to duplicate the noise and told me that's not right and we will get it fixed right for you.
