Elvin Rodriguez was the service attendant who gave excellent service to my Yaris--he made clear what repairs were needed, checked on other aspects of service for my car, kept me informed through the whole process of repair. The problem was addressed and repaired, all in a timely manner. Elvin is one of the reasons that I stick with Lia Toyota. I always feel my car is in good hands. I have not had that experience with other service attendants.
Elvin Rodriguez assisted me when I was scheduled for an oil change. He explained that I wasnâ??t due for an oil change but did need some other services. Elvin has helped me at other appointments and has always been courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Kudos to Elvin! Linda S.

Spencer Murphy assisted me when I brought in my 2016 corolla to fix a faulty airbag I believe. He was personable, extremely courteous, knowledgeable and, I felt, trustworthy. Liked him alot and feel he is a definite asset to the Toyota Corp. Thanks Spencer for a stress-free experience.

What started out as a fantastic experience and customer relationship, turned into a nightmare when I approached the dealer and asked for assistance with utilizing my "lifetime powertrain warranty" to help repair a powertrain issue that happened on my 2015 Toyota Sienna. Worst experience ever. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! I bought a car in August 2019 from the Hendrick Toyota in Concord, NC, and I was almost pressured into taking the car off the lot immediately, even though I was only browsing for cars. I loved the car, but for the price ($1000 and some change), but it seemed like it was almost too good to be true- I ended up buying the car that same day.
