Garey Allen was wonderful. When we arrived to look at and purchase a car he was the only one to greet us and to ask if we needed help. We quickly knew that we were in the right hands. He was very helpful and took the time to answer our questions and to ultimately help us to find the right car that we purchased. We give him 5 stars!

I have been a long time customer of Lia Toyota Northampton. While waiting for my car to be serviced I walked around the showroom , I asked the receptionist if I could speak with someone about the 2019 RAV 4, she directed me to Jezy Bielski. He was fantastic, answered my questions we even walked around the lot looking at the new RAV4's pointing out different options. after test driving one I was sold. Jerzy provided great customer service
Encountered new service team member Jackson Findlay, who assisted me with registering my first time with a different vehicle and helped arrange local shuttle to the office. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Mustafa Gencay at Lia Toyota. He explained the Prime, answered all of our questions, took his time, responded to emails promptly etc.. He is personable and easy to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone.
Just stay Away !!!! A friend told me that and i didnt listen. $3000 AVM (Adjusted Market Value) $299 for a Tint Windows (that peels off in less than a Month and you can tint a C-HR for less than $100 ) $299 All weather matts , i didnt ask for it (BTW you can buy this on any dealer for $109 ) They never show the Window sticker , i founded 3 weeks later under the seat and realized what i paid for things i was said was a gift. i contacted but never got answer so i involved TOYOTA they finally called me to Discuss my issues , bu... read more
My mom's friend went in to the service department to get a key programed. Brian Pickett, the service writer told her all her tail lights were out, both brake lights, third brake, license plate lights, everything. Come to find out they had pulled a fuse in the fuse box under the hood that controlled all these lights. She is a nice older lady and they were gonna charge her $900 to fix this problem that "they created". She's on a fixed income and couldn't pay for it anyway and they LET HER LEAVE WITHOUT LIGHTS!
