I purchased a 2013 Camry in April, 2013, and was pleased with the experience. I have regularly had this vehicle serviced at Vandergriff and every time have been pleased with their work. Mike Martinez is knowledgeable and helpful and several times we have gotten our car back sooner than we expected. He is accomodating to our needs as we often do our servicing sooner than the 5000-mile intervals you're supposed to as we are heading out on a trip and want the car in good shape for that. Always bring my 2011 Toyota 4Runner to Arlington Toyota! My FAVORITE service tech is Mandi! She took great care of may car..... and me! I will always ask for her from now on and I recommend that others choose Mandi as well! She is a keeper! Best tech ever !!
I just moved from North Carolina and this was my first visit to Arlington Toyota. Every staff member I had contact with was very helpful and friendly from checking my truck in through picking up the keys. Michael Sanderlin was my service adviser and he was top-notch. He was very easy to deal with and thanked me several times for choosing Arlington Toyota. I am glad I have found a new home to have my 2008 Tundra serviced.
Great service. Always timely. Service rep Mike Sandelin knows me and my car. Reassuring that the same person wlll be handling my service needs each time I go to Arl. Toyota. Kept my Camry running for 15 years and 270,000 miles.
This past week was my 20K mile check up. I don't know his name but a very polite young gentleman signed me in and then Chauncy took over the rest. We have worked together on other experiences and he is a star with communication and customer service. Mike Sandelin is the rockstar of service writers. Mike has been servicing my 4Runners for close to 20 years. I buy from Arlington Toyota because of Mike Sandelin.
A friend recommended this dealership to me after purchasing a new TRD Pro Tacoma, and my experience with the sales manager Kelly Stewart and his boss Ted was first rate. I've rarely dealt with car dealerships that I felt were so honest and upfront with the vehicle, the pricing as well as offering competitive financing (matched credit union terms) without me first having to negotiate for it.
Super friendly and accommodating. I'm weary of dealerships for service but they broke that mold. If I had one thing to recommend, it is the experts don't seem to be available on the weekends which makes it a little tougher to schedule services.
