Just went for my appointment with the lovely Morgan. An experienced amazing dentist unfortunately he was poorly today.due too my serious health issues which was life threatening I couldn’t see. Him the past year amazing work on myself and husband his knowledge and skill above and beyond 5 star plus. Do not bother going to this dentist. I was told my golloe on appointment would be covered by my pension credit. I received a fine which I appealed. I emailed the dentist with the information they needed to squash this fine as it was their mistake. I have now received another fine with £100 added on because they didn't bother. Their dental work is appalling and I will never go back to them.
Great experience at the dentist , receptionist was Nancy and was very friendly and helpful, the dentist was amazing and made me feel at ease. Xxx
Joined this practice as it’s the closest one to where I live, have had fillings done in the past here and went quite well however, I have had really bad tooth pain and discolouration of my tooth for a couple of days now I have been in to try and make an appointment just to be told that my dentist is on holiday and I won’t have an appointment for another 9 days i asked if I could see anyone else only to be told no.. this is unacceptable. People go to the dentist when they need help, this place clearly can not provide this.
