Absolutely shockingly bad company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! ZERO STARS. Cottages.com and Salcombe Holiday Homes We were told via a phone call 2 HOURS before we were due to check in to our holiday cottage that this inept company had double booked it and we were unable to go on our holiday. The car was packed, we were on our way with our toddler and me 7 months pregnant with NOWHERE to stay. No apology from the lady on the phone.
