I have been going to Saks Kenilworth for 10 years now and I have always had a really positive experience. The salon has a very warm atmosphere and it's always very relaxing going there. The customer service is wonderful and I always leave very pleased with my hair.

My hair got absolutely butchered by this hairdresser and has never grown the same since. Came out more frizzy than I've ever been with a wonky fringe and triangular block haircut. I didn't get my money back, instead they corrected it (barely). Avoid at all costs. I wouldn't let them near an inch of my hair again and have found much more affordable lesser known hairdressers to actually know how to cut hair.
