Recommendedamazing people lots of one on one time
I ended up being sent over there a couple of weeks ago for a PE. I have to say I absolutely loved the nurses, we got along great. Then yesterday I received a card from them wishing me well. Absolutely awesome Amanda and group.
nobody 'wants' to be a patient in the hospital, but if you need to be in the hospital this is an excellent one to be in. the staff was very courteous and professional, even with difficult patients. they listened to patients concerns and complaints. i recieved excellent care, my 1st choice of hospital care by far!
I have had a speedy and excellent ER, Radiology, and Surgery experience at this hospital. Wonderful staff too.
My wife is in hospital now. she is post op knee replacement. Majority of services have been excellent …. Tonight not so. She is not travel to or from bed unassisted. She has done so tonight as you could not get assistance. She asked for pain meds …. No reaction. phone number listed on her board is for day time nurse that is off duty. Also needs reflux meds. she just was able to talk to another person …. She and I am waiting to see if this helps???? I am home and am about ready to drive back up there. Absolutely the worst hospital in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area. Take the extra time and drive to St. Francis Yale!! Sitting here right now with a family member in horrible pain. Go to the nurses desk in the emergency area and THREE people behind the desk ignore me for 5 minutes until I finally speak. How can you be in the medical field and be so callous and cold to another's pain? Waiting to be seen is expected. I sure wasn’t expecting to have surgery Thursday night, but that’s what happened after going to the ER and running some tests. Everybody was very caring, attentive, and professional during our entire stay. I have to give special shout outs to the surgeon Dr. Feher and his team, the anesthesiologist and his team, the recovery room staff, ER nurse Lindsey, nurses Lacey and Kathy, and tech Gilbert!
I had to give at least 1 Star! If 0 stars or minus 10 had been an option I would have chosen those!! Worst emergency room experience EVER!!! I wouldn’t take a dying skunk there!! Ambulance took my 82 year old mother there when she fell and broke her arm. The staff was very dismissive of our concerns and couldn’t get her out soon enough!! I had to ask the Dr about pain meds, another family member had to ask for a test to be done. They gave us no instructions for her care.
