they let people who stink stink bring you food. ugh it was so bad last month when I was at the hospital with my 6month old
Add more patient rooms. Being in the ER for 9+ hours waiting for a room is ridiculous. With all the expansion done in the last few years one would think you could add more PATIENT ROOMS!
RecommendedLAN and Erin are incredible nurses. The interning doctors were so warm and patient. I appreciated every bit of the experience. If the cafeteria could keep up with the quality of the staff.... I don’t know that we would ever leave! Probably smart, the intention isn’t to have campers. 😜
Compassionate, 1st rate care
My sister checked into your e.r. in severe pain just before noon today and is still sitting in the waiting room 8 1/2 hours later! That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. None of our family will EVER return to hospital. How absurd!

Ex took daughter back in July b/c she was sick. I get an astronomical bill AFTER my insurance is used. his remains pending. I call to see what is going on a month ago and was told to disregard bill as ex's insurance is still pending. then skip sending me a bill and instead send me to a collections agency?? for a bill that doesnt detail anything about the visit other than hospital fee. I will never use a St Francis hospital again. dont tell me to disregard a bill and THEN send me to a collections agency 😡
I have only great things to say about these people from the delivery guys at All Saints to the RNs and the home health aides. They treated my Mother with dignity and respect til the end.
