Too rough with patients and huge gap informing patients of
ER was fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for timely or better treatment. Nurses are on their game. From our first person check in to our CNA that took Joe to his room our experience was top quality!
I was in ICU for 16 days and all the nurses and techs were great. Not only did they save my life, they were very kind and professional.
I had the most terrible experience in the emergency room at Saint Francis South. Very unprofessional staff and a Dr. that did not want to do the procedure needed to relieve my pain. I was sent home to receive a $1600.00 bill for absolutely no treatment at all! I would recommend anyone to drive much further to a hospital across town to receive proper treamtment, even in an emergency!
My dad received great care from physicians, nurses, support staff, and respiratory therapy. Staff went out of their way to make our family comfortable. They were very considerate!!
My daughter was hit in the face with a softball last night, knocked her out, plus some teeth , was carried into this ER , they gave an ice pack and that was it. Never saw a Dr , nurse outside the room was overheard telling Dr she hadn’t asked for anything for pain , they assumed she was on drugs an wanted a UA. That’s all they worried about instead of taking care of her ! What they don’t know is she doesn’t even take Tylenol ! I delivered 4 children here and had a great experience each time. The staff was more than accommodating; it was quiet and peaceful.
We have been waiting in the ER for over three hours. When I go out in the hall to look everyone is just sitting around chatting it up. The intake nurses were so hateful and rude. No bedside manner whatsoever!
