I woke up Saturday morning with a terrible rash. Went to St. John Broken Arrow and they didn't know what it was so they just sent me home with some medications and assuming it was a viral infection. I woke up the next morning and it was worse. I decided by the afternoon I should get checked out again. This time I came to St. Francis south. They said it's definitely an allergic reaction and couldn't believe St. John didn't have a clue what it was. My mother was told that she would be released 4 hours after her procedure was done. It has been 7 hours and we are still waiting.
not as big as main so obv not as many people. I've been here and had to wait also I have been here and walked right back with no wait. most of the staff is professional and friendly.
i went to the er...spent 5 hours there and i had an irregular heat beat and high blood pressure. they released me without treatment because they couldn't figure out what was causing it. The nurses were fantastic but I only saw a doctor for all of 5 minutes. i have always gone to st Francis but this I can't forgive.
I would never recommend this place. they will just drag you, your insurance, and your wallet for every dime.
