Very rude staff very very slow and poor quality care it’s dirty went to er and we been sitting here for 5 goin on 6 hours no one knows anything u ask them a question they are very rude ask them how much longer it will be before we can find out what’s goin on the said we don’t know if u want we can prophylactically treat u for all the thing we think it could be and u can go home ask them how long till we are done once again we don’t know maybe a hour I have heard that it will take a hour all day now and like I said it’s goin ... read more

I guess closing early for the holiday was more important than my health. I called Nicole Huckabee’s office at 8:30 am to inform them that I was having a reaction to the Jardiance meds I was prescribed. It was 12:30 pm before I was called back. I informed the office manager of the specific reactions I was having and that I had discontinued taking the Jardiance. She said she would talk to Nicole and call me back. I was treated like a person and not a dollar sign. The staff was very polite during one of my visit. I would trust them to take care of my only son and grandson
The nurses are under staffed. Housekeeping is awful. Trash cans overflowing, no toilet paper, paper towels, wash cloths, towels. Bed was not changed for four days. Floor was dirty. Nurses and doctors are very nice and professional. I guess they try to save money on housekeeping and paper products. Tuscan Restaurant had two small trash cans by the cash registers. THAT'S IT! We were disappointed.
they just treat us better, try harder, care more and just all around rise above and beyond
