they're waiting room takes FOREVER. A patient waited 4 hours with a severe migraine and chest pains TOLD the triage nurse she was having chest pains and they NEVER did an EKG until 3 hours later. I understand people get busy hospitals get busy but when you have people walking out and going to Southeast and getting MUCH better care you need to step it up!!!!

Check prices. A recent colonoscopy was billed $13,135.00. The insurance company said this was an excessive charge. If I am expected to pay $2500 out of pocket I need to see an itemized statement. Down the street a colonoscopy is $2,500 billed to insurance co

Avoid the pediatric ear nose and throat doctors. If they are a reflection of the rest of the hospital, your facility has many many many issues.

My daughter had her baby at 26 weeks, he was just under 1 pound. After about 2 weeks he was losing oxygen and we was making plans for him to be with god... The nicu nurses worked around the clock taking care of him... I can't say thank you enough, this place saved my grandsons life....

Would like to first point out that the staff did an amazing job stabilizing my sister before sending her to St. Louis after her car accident. Some of the staff members were extremely compassionate and caring. Especially the ER nursing staff. A couple of areas need a little work, however. Here is my honest feedback. A separate waiting room with a nurse informing the family of what is happening... read more

A bit of exaggeration here, but all of the nurses were wearing black and none of them were happy about it. They've complained about it, but none of the higher ups are listening or seem to care. She said it was creepy going into the operating room and seeing all of the personnel dressed in black. Why not just have the nurses wear black lip stick and go the who... read more

Their billing department is a mess. They filed stuff incorrectly and insisted I pay out of network prices for someone who was supposed to be in network, forgot to call me back after I asked them to look into it, were uncooperative with my insurance company when an agent tried to resolve the issue for me, and then didn’t send a receipt for a bill I paid over the phone and claimed I didn’t pay it. I called on May 11 and said I want to pay everything that’s still outstanding, and they gave me the total, and I paid. Less than tw... read more
