I would highly discourage anyone from ever using St Francis Hospital in Cape. Their billing policy is crap. In case anyone wants to know they will bill you monthly, and let you pay said bill, but will stop sending bills (as per their policy), and automatically send you to collections without any contact to let you know that their billing is only complementary, and will only last 4 months.(sorry run on sentence) They even verified that I have called them multiple times so they had opportunities to tell me that this is their p... read more
I mailed payments on two accounts. The checks have cleared my bank, and the payments are NOT posted to the billing accounts and I'm getting collection calls! They tell me it may take a few days for their system to update. Having collection calls made on accounts where the checks have ALREADY CLEARED THE CUSTOMER'S BANK is bad business! Supervisor's heads should roll.
My son was born there and we NEVER received a take home birth certificate with his foot prints on it to keep LIKE EVERY PERSON IN THE U.S. gets! I called to find out why and was told that they must have ran out of them when we had him. I got an apology and a "next time you have a baby here well make sure u get one." I was in an accident last week and they gave me crutches, muscle relaxers, and pain meds. I’m returning due to more pain in my knee and I’m told my X-ray looks fine but I have to have a follow up with another doctor and have an MRI done. Why couldn’t you all just do it?! I’ve never been treated like this at any hospital. Each time I come here I seriously feel as if my issues are just solved with meds and pain killers! It’s frustrating!
