EDITED TO ADD: I am increasing my rating from 1 to 3 because I was contacted by two hospital representatives and my child now has an appointment for tomorrow. Following a visit to an emergency room, I was instructed to get my 4 year old son in to see his ENT for an emergency room follow-up. I called on Monday and received a call back today. They will not see him before October 23rd and it's not even with his own doctor. He is a FOUR YEAR OLD little boy with a large lump on his head behind his ear. Went in for Crohn's flared up, the doc did a CT and listen to my stomach. When she came back in she said she don't want to use meds for Pain control and suggest I try doing yoga!!!! I wish anyone that works in the ER could get a taste of how painful this is so they don't think you just enjoy coming in to have to get pain relief. I have come to despise St Francis!!
I want to tell you how disgusted I am with your ER staff I would not send my dying worst enemy there! 3 hours to see a doctor a male nurse that put in an IV in my left side while leaning over my stomach from the right sight to get an iv started and blew my vein. Oh and did I mention that I was there with stomach pain. Finally when dr brown comes in he peaks his head In the door to tell me he will be in the room in a minute but he has to take care of the patient in the next room because their blood pressure is half of what it... read more

what i think of St Francis hospital the labor and delivery is so fucked I done with them my sister was in labor and we couldnt stand in the hallway to here my nephews first cry and she could only have 3 ppl in her room the night nurses up there were so rude my cousin gave birth in there 3 days ago she had four people in her room my sister didnt even have a ob deliver my nephew like for real
The Ppl who took care of me at St. Francis Hospital were Phenomenal. The staff on all 3 shifts were just great people. There at a moments notice if you needed anything. I got to come home today and they made all arrangements for me. Not one phone call did I have to make. Thank You St. Francis for making a difficult time so much easier for my family and I.
