Just had our first baby last week! Every single employee I had contact with was amazing at St Francis!! The nurses were all cheering me on during delivery and continued to be caring after delivery. Then every employee who checked on me was so pleasant. We had a wonderful birthing experience! I can't thank you all enough for making this first time parents comfortable and cared for during our stay! And we are so thankful for Dr. Roos and Megan K for a helping make it a smooth delivery!

I cannot express the deep gratitude felt for the entire staff of St Francis encountered during my mother’s final stay. From the individuals at information desk or manning the coffee shop, to medical professionals, dietary aides, to the amazingly kind and generous personnel who cleaned the rooms or transported patients? A HUGE thank you to all the ER staff that helped take care of my daughter on Monday night. She suffered a compound fracture in her leg at a soccer game. We live almost 2 hours away so it took us a bit to get there. The staff (and her amazing coach) took great care of her while waiting for us to arrive. They set everything up for us to be transferred to a hospital closer to our home for surgery. She just arrived home to start her recovery. I want to give this a 10 star instead of 5!! I was in er last month with very high blood pressure and pain. I sat down, but barely sat when the triage nurse came to check my vitals, then I just sat back down and they called me back! That was fast! Then the er doctor that day was amazing and so kind. He checked on me several times and gave me shots to control pain. When my bp still didn't come down, he ordered emergency shot. The nurse was amazing also. How would you feel if your family member was in a car accident and sent home on crutches with two broken legs?? Think about it stay the hell away from this er My x wife nearly died in this ER not once not twice but 3 times with missed diagnosed adrenal crisis Do yourself a favor and choose a different emergency medical facility don't even think about going here for anything on the ER I would personally rather stay home and deal with whatever happens than pay them for fubar service.
