RecommendedAbsolute best place to be if something happens! The Labor and Delivery floor took care of me when I had gallbladder surgery at 23 weeks and then as well as when I delivered at 33 weeks. Although the NICU experience was scary, it was such a blessing in disguise! The entire staff was phenomenal and taught us so much! St. Francis provided the best care possible for me and my newborn! Great hospital all around!
I absolutely love the doctors and the facility at St. Francis. Saturday I went to the ER and unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences ever. The ER and the staff that was checking people in ,probably shouldn't be working with the public, the sick or injured public at that. Front desk, she sat her phone down after stating , Hold on babe and now who ever babe is, knows all my information. I definitely had issues and I wasn't the only one. Love this place, one of the best jobs I’ve had
Probably the worlds worst hospital. They refuse financial assistance, take you to court if you can’t afford it even after being denied financial assistance three times and they are completely disgusting and rude. Just go to Southeast Hospital, even if St. Francis is closer, you won’t get screwed

I am a patient of the Kneibert Clinic Mental Health Clinic. This clinic failed to inform me of their policy that you must have an appointment on file for them to fulfill refill requests. So when I had my refill request sent by my pharmacy to the clinic, they denied it stating I needed to have an appointment. Although, I had just seen my provider less than 2 months prior. My brother in law came here after a fall from a roof while at work. When he arrived here he was still breathing on his own over the vent. They did absolutely nothing for him. They are in a contract with an organ transplant center and all they did was keep his heart beating so they could harvest his organs. They refused any heroic efforts to save him and they refused to ship him to a larger hospital. I would not recommend this hospital for anyone.
Great care in ED on more than one occasion. Had surgery a few weeks ago, and nursing care was awesome.
