This hospital is a JOKE! You are basically becoming a hotel. Fancy waterfalls, lavish rooms, and fancy decor is NOTHING and only being done to attract more revenue by attracting more "clients". Why don't you take some of that money and teach your staff a little empathy training. We aren't clients. We are husbands, wife's, fathers, children, SOMEONES FAMILY. Everyone's life matters. I took a friend. As his Peer Advocate. The staff in the E.R. was nice. The Dr. Did what he could do. Before he sent my friend home. My friend wasn't happy.
Excellent staff...the nurse Julie took care of a client I take care of in 4010....I can't remember aide that took care of her yesterday but the best
I was having lot of pain and they took good care of me while I was their and I will visited again if need to the Er staff took good Care of me
No words can explain. How amazing I think the staff is.
My husband was here with a stroke and was treated like he was at a 5☆ Hotel! The food was excellent, and the doctors, and nurses took their time and explained everything, even the cleaning staff was courteous. Thank you for all you do!! It's not gone unnoticed!
