Run if they put you in Building A. It has frequent problems with the plumbing. The hot water is almost always out. The office is impossible to get ahold of. No one is ever there or answering the phones, and your emails will go unanswered. Maintenance does a good job of getting things done quickly, however. The neighbors are quiet and it is close to everything.
!!RENTERS BEWARE!!If I could post 0 Stars I would!! I was a resident here for 3 years. La Puente and Outreach helped me get into this property. I was a recent victim of domestic violence, homeless and a single mother of a then 2 year old. My credit wasn't good so Lisa Martinez made me pay a double deposit, $1450.00. Being scared after living in the area , and having MULTIPLE LOADS OF LAUNDRY STOLEN from her laundry facilities on-site. Super Safe, Clean and Well Built. All service needs are taken care of right away and finished up at 100%. And well done. I tell You, they get it all done on 1st call.
The positives: New apartments and very clean. Heat was included with the rent and all of the appliances were of good quality, and of course, new. The other tenants there seemed to be very stand off-ish and we're not sure if this is a regional thing. Good location. Far enough from the main road where road noise was not an issue, and close to the grocery stores.
