After dropping my watch in for repair and forgetting about it for two years I tried my luck today. He had changed the battery and removed a couple of links to fit and kept it for me after all this time. I’m chuffed to say the least. Thank you very much Yousef! Such a friendly man and lovely with my son. I’m a very please customer !

Great service by Safir Jewellers. One of the claws on my engagement ring was very slightly proud. The gentleman very kindly pushed it back into place and didn't charge me anything - such brilliant service. Thank you so much - I am so pleased to be able to wear my ring again!

Took my dad's watch in to be cleaned and have new glass on. Came back and it looked great. However the glass was wonky and the strap broke within 30 minutes of wearing it. I took the watch back and had the glass replaced. Wasn't impressed with the jokey attitude when I was not very happy. A few weeks later and I've just noticed that when I'm out in wet weather, steam forms inside the glass. Not letting this place touch the watch again so going to find somewhere else. I had a ring reshaped and polished after it was bent over time. I was really please with the results, looks brand new and only took a couple of days and £15. I had approached 3 other jewellers but they all had quoted anywhere from £40 to £60+ and told me it would take 2 to 5 weeks to repair for the same service. Highly recommend Safir Jewellers for fast efficient help and value for money.
