Took my dad's watch in to be cleaned and have new glass on. Came back and it looked great. However the glass was wonky and the strap broke within 30 minutes of wearing it. I took the watch back and had the glass replaced. Wasn't impressed with the jokey attitude when I was not very happy. A few weeks later and I've just noticed that when I'm out in wet weather, steam forms inside the glass. Not letting this place touch the watch again so going to find somewhere else. Have used this jeweller on several occasions for repairs to various pieces of jewellery. The advice is always clear and how the repair will be done. Mr Safir is always friendly and his prices are very reasonable. Would recommend him highly.

Always really helpful! Nothings too much trouble. Had lots of jewelry fixed here and bought some lovely pieces. Always a friendly service! ☺️
