Purchased a diamond & aqua marine ring at Safir . I took this ring to an independent jewellers for a valuation who informed me a stone was missing . Safir replaced the stone . I then asked Safir to re size the ring which they did , upon returning to another jeweller for valuation was informed that they had damaged the ring by fracturing it . Returning to Safir I requested a refund and was flatly refused . Trading standards got involved and advised me to go to my bank and request a chargeback . Shop here at your peril. You have been warned. Sub standard workmanship at over inflated prices as verified by independent valuers for insurance purposes in my case. They stand by an absolute zero refund policy, even against their own faulty workmanship. Do not let this deter you…Go to your bank and request a chargeback.

Very friendly and trustworthy. We came back here to look for another piece of jewellery two years after buying my eternity ring here. Great service. They even cleaned and repaired another item of jewellery for me that wasn’t from their shop free of charge. We will always come back here to see what they have when looking for jewellery in the future. We know we are getting very good value for money. So many stunning items to choose from.

Incredibly helpful and friendly every time I’ve been in. When buying a ring they also resized a bracelet for me for free in super quick time and polished up some other rings - so sparkly. Highly recommend
