Went to this location today with a new prescription for some extremely pricy medicine. My doctor had given me a coupon for a 30-day free sample and the pharmacy technician, Ashley, who helped me was able to get it approved on the spot. This location gets a lot of customers but the line always moves quickly. The staff has all been there as a team for as long as I can remember. Service by everyone is always friendly and professional and the long hours are extremely convenient. Highly recommend.
Repeatedly requested various forms from my provider over months for routine prescriptions (asking ridiculous questions like why my provider isn't based in Placerville), wasting weeks of time. No other pharmacy has ever requested anything similar. My own provider advised me to stay away from this pharmacy.
Tracy went above and beyond to help me save on the cost of my perscription. She was patient and persistant and I am very grateful for her help.
