Under no circumstances should you go with this alarm company. My father-in-law's system has not worked in more than a year...in fact, it has been disconnected. It stopped working when he changed to another scam (ACN providing his electricity, internet, etc), but that's a whole other story! A SAFE Security rep went to his house and told him that if he still wanted his system to work he'd have to buy some upgraded equipment. This is the worst alarm company known to man, we sold our home in March of this year (2016) and submitted the cancellation request in writing as instructed. Paid our remaining balance to ensure we were square. A month later I get phone call that someone was messing with the key pad at the old house. I informed them I cancelled this account and the monitoring station is SEPERATE from the actual alarm billing. Please do not sign up with this safe Security stick to ADT. This company is not a great choice. The Sales Reps are not knowledgeable or just seeking sales. My GRANDMOTHER was charged even after canceling the account. Unfortunately, the sales agent and customer service reps failed to do their job or inform the customer. Calling this company will lead to a hold time of ten minutes or more. Please do not sign up with this safe Security stick to ADT.

I moved into my home in Feb. 2016. Maybe a month later, I got Safe Security to secure my home. Almost immediately, I had issues with the front door locks not working properly and the camera facing the back door. I called several times and sent messages via the app. One technician could not even assist me and sent me an email asking me to contact the company that ran the app. I finally got fed up and asked how to cancel. I am trying to cancel my service at Safe Security, Which I wrote to them to cancel the contract I signed back in 03/2015, with a Letter of cancellation with in the 3 business days. I told them I could not sign another as I was planning on moving. I told them at that time I would be glad to continue on a month to month plan. No one told me this is not a option and did say the contract I signed was voided. After three years with Safe Security, my contract expired in April. For a month prior, the garage sensor did not work. I put in a service request. No response (I found out it was cancelled). I sent a second service request. So then I spent 2 hours on the phone with a tech attempting repair myself, sweating to death in my garage, crawling up and down my ladder, laying on the floor by the garage door. I wanted to ensure my house was secure during our sale and they told me i had to pay for the following montha service after the house sold in 15 days It appears customer service goea out the window for an eight year customer. I called four times in June an only to be p kaced on hold for 20 plus minutes without anyone answering in customwr service. So now i have pay for the next months service. I dont even live there I would.have to write a letter and if we get in time i wont charge you for the next month. THAT IS ILLEGAL.
