Friendly staff. Ok-ish food the real killer in this hotel is the cold shower and the lack of sound proofing, I was kept awake all night by people coming and going and arguing in the halls and every vehicle passing by outside, hopefully i will never need to stay at a Sadie best western ever again

10/10: I absolutely would recommend staying at this hotel. I have no problems! I've been a regular guest at this hotel for about a year now, and each stay reaffirms why I keep coming back. Firstly, the hotel is very conveniently located within the town centre. It's about a 6-minute walk away from the main train station and a 4-minute walk away from the Luton town centre. Nice, clean, hotel. Only there for 1 night the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and rooms are a bit on the small side. A tall person may have issues sitting on the toilet. Good food on the restaurant with rich breakfast.
