I was very nervous ! I had wanted to do this for many years but did not have the courage . I had my nose pierced with Nicole and was so surprised how amazing she is ! Her technique was virtually pain free! I am a very sensitive person ( more than the average person) . I was amazed at how easy this was! I highly recommend Nicole and the jewelry options are very classy!

I’ve done there piercing 2x. I was very happy with staff and jewellery offer. It’s expensive, but comparing to other cheap places ( where piercing wasn’t done properly and I had to remove ) this one is clean, pretty inside and Healing process went well. I didn’t had allergic reaction to jewellery.

Very helpful staff and a good selection of jewellery, however there appears to be quite a mark up on the jewelery compared to other UK retailers, but I guess this comes with being located in London.

Impromptu visit whilst returning from holiday in Greece. Fancied getting new Forward helix jewellery. Gemma was so helpful and so gentle Changing it over. I didn't feel a thing and it's just what I wanted, small, pretty and sparkly. Thank you
